What It Costs and How It Works
How much do your services cost?
Our charges vary based on your project size and needs. Our prices are fully customized to fit your goals, budget, and the channels involved. After a free consultation, we will show you exactly what we would do, what it costs, and what results to expect.
How do I pay for your services?
We send an invoice to your email for our agency fees. Advertising budgets are paid directly to the platforms (Google, Meta, and so on) from your own accounts, so you always keep full ownership and visibility of your ad spend.
How do we get started?
Request a free consultation. We evaluate your needs, challenges, and goals, then come back with a concrete plan. Once you approve it, we handle account setup, tracking, campaign builds, and daily management. Every step is documented and reported.
Do you offer any guarantee?
Our 100% guarantee is simple: if you do not see the results you expect, let us know and we will apply other tactics until we get the desired result. We also guarantee you will hear back from us within 24 hours or less.
Will I own my advertising accounts?
Yes. We build and manage campaigns inside accounts you own, so your data, history, and audiences stay yours. Everything we build is documented and handed over cleanly if you ever move on.
Can your team work from our office?
Yes. For clients who prefer closer collaboration, we can arrange for our team to work from your office.
Search Advertising Questions
Is PPC advertising worth it for a small local business?
Yes. If you have a small business that operates in a specific geographic area, PPC advertising can be a highly effective way to bring in new customers. The key is a strategy built around the right keywords and budget goals, with results tracked closely so every dollar works as hard as possible.
Should I run ads on Bing, or is Google enough?
Bing is the second most used search engine in the United States, so Bing Ads can be very effective, often at lower costs per click and with an audience that skews toward higher household income. We typically recommend running both, with Bing campaigns built from what already performs on Google.
What is Google Quality Score?
Google Quality Score is the numerical rating given to a keyword that indicates how relevant your ad and landing page are to users’ search queries. Google uses it to decide which ads to show, where, and at what price. A higher score means lower costs and better positions, which is why we optimize for it constantly.
What is the difference between a click and an impression?
An impression is counted every time your ad is shown on a page, whether or not anyone notices it. A click is the action of a user actually clicking your ad. Impressions build awareness; clicks bring visitors. Both matter, but conversions are what we ultimately optimize for.
How can I improve my conversion rate?
Focus on what happens after the click. Make sure you offer a product people want, at the right price, with a good customer experience. Then make your website mobile-friendly, fast, and easy to navigate, and align each landing page with the intent behind the ad that sent the visitor there.
Do you help nonprofits with Google Ad Grants?
Yes. Qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits can receive $10,000 per month in free Google advertising. We request approval through our dedicated Google representatives, build compliant campaigns, and optimize them for donations. We manage hundreds of Ad Grants accounts.
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and More
How have privacy changes like the iOS updates affected social advertising?
The iOS updates changed how campaigns are tracked and optimized, which raised the bar for who can run them well. We moved ahead of the curve and specialized in cookieless and server-side tracking (including Meta’s Conversions API) to maximize the effectiveness of every campaign we manage.
Should I use video in my social campaigns?
In most industries, yes. We have seen engagement increases of around 27% with video. Video captures attention for longer and makes your brand visible to the largest possible audience, which is why formats like Reels, TikTok, and YouTube are central to how we plan social campaigns.
How do I define my target audience?
It depends on what you sell. A clothing retailer has a broad audience, since men, women, and children all wear clothes. A brand selling accessories to teenagers has a niche one: girls aged 14 to 22 who have shown interest in similar brands. We research your customers, then build audiences from your data, lookalikes, and interests to reach the right people at the right cost.
How do I measure the ROI of social media?
It depends on your core objective. Common metrics include engagement, reach, leads, and conversions. Once you pick your goal, you need a tracking system: at minimum, goals and event tracking in Google Analytics plus the platform pixels. We set this up before spending a dollar so results are measurable from day one.
Which social platform is right for my business?
Meta for reach and retargeting across most industries; TikTok and Snapchat for younger audiences and viral creative; LinkedIn for B2B decision-makers; YouTube for video at scale; X for real-time conversation. Most of our clients run two or three in coordination, and we help you pick based on where your buyers actually are.
Organic Visibility Questions
Why is SEO important for my business?
SEO helps you attract more online customers and improves your chances of being found by new customers in your industry. A strategy typically includes keyword research, on-page optimization, technical improvements, and backlink building.
What does SEO actually do?
SEO is more than a traffic strategy. It improves the visibility of your site to search engines so people can find your content. The more visible your content is, the more people see it and click through to your website, and that compounds over time without paying per click.
Should I invest in SEO or paid ads?
Both, in the right order. Paid ads produce results immediately and let you test what messaging converts; SEO builds long-term visibility that lowers your dependence on ad spend. We often use paid data to guide SEO priorities.
How does SEO relate to AI search like ChatGPT?
Increasingly, people ask AI assistants for recommendations instead of searching. Clear, well-structured, authoritative content helps your brand appear in those answers, and ChatGPT Ads let you appear there directly. We help with both.
The Newest Questions We Get
What are ChatGPT Ads?
Sponsored placements that appear directly inside ChatGPT’s answers, clearly labeled, when people ask questions relevant to your business. Targeting works through conversation intent rather than keywords. We have managed campaigns on OpenAI’s ad platform since it opened, and it is currently one of the least competitive channels available.
What kind of AI automations do you build?
Custom systems wired into your operations: instant lead scoring and follow-up, content and product copy at catalog scale, 24/7 AI customer support, automated reporting, proposal generation, and integrations between your CRM, store, email, and ad accounts. You own everything we build, fully documented.
Do you work with other agencies?
Yes. We provide white-label campaign management, and we build the automation, SOPs, and training that let agencies deliver a standardized service level as they scale. Some clients have us run campaigns, some have us build systems, and many do both.
Will AI replace the humans managing my campaigns?
No. AI handles the volume and repetition; our team keeps the judgment, strategy, and accountability. Every automation we build has human review where it matters, and a real person is always responsible for your results.
