Privacy Policy

Last updated: [21 October 2026]

Zebra Advertisement (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website https://zebraadvertisement.com and an internal application called [Zebra Ads API] (the “Application”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website and our use of data obtained through Google APIs.

1. Who we are

Zebra Advertisement is an advertising agency that manages Google Ads campaigns for its clients.
Registered address: [company address]
Contact: [privacy@zebraadvertisement.com]

2. About the Application

The Application is an internal tool used only by authorized Zebra Advertisement staff. It connects to the Google Ads API through our Google Ads manager account to report on and manage the Google Ads accounts of clients who have engaged us and granted us access. Members of the public cannot sign up for or use the Application.

3. Google user data we access

When an authorized staff member signs in with Google, the Application requests the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. This lets it access Google Ads data for accounts that the staff member is already permitted to access, including:

  • account names, IDs and account structure
  • campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, negative keywords and audiences
  • budgets, bids and settings
  • performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and search terms

The Application does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts or any other Google service.

We also store an OAuth refresh token for each authorized staff member so the Application can connect without repeated sign-ins.

4. How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the services our clients have asked us for:

  • producing performance reports and analysis for the client who owns the account
  • making changes to campaigns that the client has authorized, such as adding negative keywords, adjusting budgets and bids, or creating and pausing ads

We do not:

  • sell Google user data
  • use it for advertising, retargeting or building user profiles
  • use it to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes
  • use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models

5. Sharing and transfer

We share Google user data only:

  • With the client who owns the account. For example, we send them their own reports.
  • With service providers that help us run the Application, such as our cloud hosting and [AI assistant provider, e.g. Anthropic]. They process data only on our instructions to perform the requested task, and they may not use it for their own purposes, including model training.
  • When required by law, or to protect our rights. This also covers a merger or acquisition, where we will notify affected clients.

6. Limited Use disclosure

[Zebra Ads API]’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Storage and security

  • OAuth tokens and credentials are stored in encrypted, access-controlled configuration and are never published or shared publicly.
  • Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Only authorized staff can access the Application. Each person’s access matches their role in Google Ads.
  • We remove access promptly when a staff member leaves or a client relationship ends.

8. Retention and deletion

  • We keep OAuth tokens until access is revoked or is no longer needed.
  • We keep reports and exported data for [24 months], or for the duration of the client relationship if that is shorter, unless the client asks us to delete them sooner.
  • Clients can ask us to delete their data at any time by emailing [privacy@zebraadvertisement.com]. We respond within 30 days.
  • Anyone can revoke the Application’s access to their Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
